Dr Hisham’s oral care system was born out of a desire to protect not only his own oral health, but that of his own daughter’s as a baby, without adding hazardous substances to her sensitive little body.
He started actively researching and mixing his own handmade formulations for his daughter Noor since she was born in 2001. It all started with 1 Vital Question:
"What if oral care products were actually health supplements naturally nutritional to you and supporting your and your symbiotic microbiome, rather than detergents, abrasives, irritants, toxins & environmental hazards?”
Then he went on to create the solutions ...

As a practicing dental surgeon and international educator, he realised that toothpastes and most conventional or natural oral hygiene products contain too many questionable ingredients that are not natural in effect on the human body, and not natural in source either.
They also haven’t succeeded in curbing the growing global epidemics of tooth decay, dental erosion, gum recession and disease, as well as bad breath and dry mouth (xerostomia).
Dr Hisham felt compelled to create an empowering system that he knew would provide your smile with the nourishment and protection that he wished for his own family - naturally and safely.
Backed by a depth of insider knowledge, expertise and research as well as support from professional academics and dental colleagues internationally, he was motivated to evolve and share his personal innovations to help more people experience greater well-being like his family and trusting guests have, over the last 15 years.

We are founded on a Social Entrepreneurial model. For every Serum sold we will give a free eco-bamboo toothbrush to a child in need and for every 10 products sold on our website we will give away a Baby Teeth Serum to a child in need in New Zealand schools.

Hisham is known for his pioneering ideas, strong motivation and passion for research and knowledge. He’s been nominated by his colleagues at the Auckland Dental Association for NZDA Young Dentist of the Year in 2005 and in 2006 he represented New Zealand as a finalist at the ‘Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons Young Lecturer of the Year Award’
Other recognitions include the youngest Fellowship and Diplomate status from the World Congress of Minimally Invasive Dentistry. He served as a member of the Directors Board of this organization in the USA. Dr Hisham is a founding member of the NZ Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, founding member and past Vice President of the NZ Institute of Minimal Intervention Dentistry, fellow of the World Clinical Laser Institute and member of the New Zealand Dental Association.
He believes that a true healthcare physician is one who empowers, energises and engages humans to look after themselves and firmly believes in the power of integrity and human unity.
Dr. Johnny Chan
Co-founder
Dr Johnny became an early believer in the message and the innovation behind our products. He is a friend of and trained with Dr Hisham, becoming a Master Laser Cosmetic Dentist in Australia.Dr Johnny moved from Hong Kong to Australia in 1988, and in 1997 he graduated with double degrees: a Bachelor of Dental Surgery and Bachelor of Science in dental research. Later he accomplished his Postgraduate Diploma of Implantology from Charles Sturt University with Distinction.

Dr. Alfonso Vargas
Co-founder
Dr Alfonso is a New Zealand dentist with special expertise in children's dentistry, orthodontics and myofunctional facial orthopaedics. He is the Founder of LaserKidsDental in Auckland.He's been a strong believer in true prevention and an early adopter of Dr Hisham's product system. He has been a first-hand witness in the evolution and primary evaluator of all our products which he, his wife and 2 young boys use daily.
Dr Alfonso Vargas has always looked for practical and simplified ways to encourage the best in people and he applies the same principle in his dental practice. A few years ago in the pursuit of a better and more effective way to treat malocclusions, he realised that most of facial and jaw development problems have their origins in two areas. These are: breathing and function of oral muscles (including oral habits and swallowing).
Since then he has studied these and other related areas in New Zealand, Australia and USA in order to improve his dental and professional skills. As co-founder of Laser Kids Dental, he developed an effective system for the treatment of children’s malocclusions.
He is proud and excited about everyday work and all aspects of his personal and dental professional skills development. He is grateful for the opportunity to use his skills to help and be of service to the community.
